Filter bags

The air to be treated in the work areas is sucked into the filter chamber, where it is filtered and leaves the residues in the deposit chamber. The separation of the joint from the air takes place in two different ways, depending on the weight and size: for medium and large-sized residues, separation occurs directly by falling into the lateral tired chamber. The fine powders, on the other hand, are retained by the filter bags which separate them from the air that is expelled outside the filter. In this way the sleeves, a little at a time, are filled and cleaned with an automatic compressed air cleaning system, the jet of air hits the sleeves freeing them from dust and making them fall into the deposit chamber. Here it is transported by an auger up to two star valves for the continuous discharge of the powders.

Or the sleeves can be cleaned by mechanical shaking.
